Our Rules
We run on a system of trust, and we hope that you respect this. We have a couple of rules to follow.
- Have Fun!
- Winner Reports Games: This helps to make sure the game is only submitted once.
- Golden Rule: Don't be a dick. Be nice to people and use the self submit system responsibly.
- Play In The Pub: We want you to play in the pub (The Nag's Head) as that is where we are based.
- Time Control: We usually play with 20 minute, no increment, time control and advise you to do so as well. See FIDE's Laws of Chess for how timers work.
- Submit Accurately: We trust you to submit your games properly. If you submit games in error you can contact an admin who will fix it (see below).
